High aromatic intensity. The combination of tropical and citrus fruits such as grapefruit and guava permeate the nose. We find fresh red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry. Floral note that reminds us of roses.
Medium-bodied dry wine, vibrant acidity, very refreshing that causes salivation.
This type of wine can become extremely versatile when it comes to accompanying it with food; from Mexican food such as chiles en nogada, tacos al pastor, cochinita pibil, to seafood with a lot of acidity.
